LEG 1 of the 2025 Signature Triple Crown, presented by Chantilly Air, was held out of Los Sueños Resort and Marina January 21-25, starting with the Ladies Only Tournament on Tuesday, January 21st. The 14 participating teams released the second highest number of billfish since the start of the Ladies Only competitions in 2019, with 264 sails and 1 marlin. There were 46 teams registered for the Signature Triple Crown, that also achieved the second highest number of billfish releases in a Triple Crown event since they began in 2014, with 2,360 billfish releases over three days, from Thursday through Saturday, including 2,324 sails and 36 marlin.
