Wat Phou in 360 degrees. Beautiful ancient ruins in Laos

Wat Phou (or Vat Phou) is a temple on a sacred mountain in the south of current day Laos. In the old days it was on the north end of the Khmer empire though and was the endpoint of a road to Angkor Wat. Quiet and underconservated, this Unesco World Heritage site is definately worth a visit on your travels through beautiful Laos.
