EP 41: This Is What Training Really Looks Like | Week 3 of Going Hard This was the third straight week of pushing hard, and we were chasing that 100-mile week. We came up just short after missing a couple swims and cutting a brick run—but progress is still progress. Big win this week was on the bike 🚴 • Over 80 miles ridden • 80 miles in 4 hrs 40 min • Long rides are feeling stronger and more comfortable than ever Swimming took a temporary pause due to gym access, but that just means adapting and moving forward. Next week we dial it back for recovery—or at least that’s the plan.
