Full Workout: DB Flat Bench Press | 3 sets of 7-12 Seated BD Shoulder Press | 3 sets of 7-12 Incline DB Press | 2 sets of 15 Incline DB Chest Fly | 1 set of 15 Standing DB Tricep Extension | 2 sets of 15 Standing Barbell Press | 1 set of 15 . How much have I increased my calories since I first started my recovery journey: ~300-500 calories / day. This increase was very gradual and slow over the course of 3 months!! This increase is going to be different for everyone but just take it slow and honor your true hunger! . The main changes I have made in my diet: 1. Increase my caloric intake 2. Include more healthy fat sources and omega 3s such as chia seeds, flax seeds, nut butters, salmon etc. 3. Increase my starchy carb intake such as sweet potatoes, beans, bread etc. .
