Dermoid right ovary | Ultrasound cases 488 of 2000 Urinary bladder: Normal in outline. No wall thickening seen. No demonstrable intravesical lesion is seen. Aorta, IVC, and other abdominal vessels are normal. No ascites or Lymphadenopathy is noted in abdomen and pelvis. Uterus: Normal in size and anteverted in position. Measuring 8.14 x 4.24 x 5.13 cm Endometrium: Is normal in thickness (4.7 mm.) Which corresponds her phase of menstruation. No any GS or product of concept seen within the endometrium Myometrium: Is homogeneous. No focal lesion seen in the myometrium. Right Ovary: There is focal hyperechoic round calcified mass measuring 1.28cm. Left Ovary: Normal in size, and echogenicity. Measuring Volume 8.45 cc. Cystic Mass noted in the right adenexa measuring 5.13x4.35cm. Cul-de-Sac: No fluid collection is present in POD. Comment: Feature suggestive of 1. Right adenexal cyst 2.
