Arclight : use Stonewall's tremor in the earth patch in the basement, this will shake away the rocks so mortals will investigate, then use boo's Rattle Chains near arclight (make sure there's a mortal above you : a fit young adult is best "the male in green shirt") if any mortal hears the chains rattle they will investigate and call the handy man that will have a look 8) Maxine Factor : now i always prefer to save this 1 as last, when you rescued all ghosts, Bench them all and just use boo's Fool's Errand on any female to force em to the last ghost (Maxine) then when the female is close to Maxine's room use her Intrigue power. on replays : bring Banzai (unlocked in unusual suspects) and use quake once to : break away the boards near maxine, shake down the bones and to break the wall in the basement all in 1 go.
