The first 2 minutes 30 seconds explain what meditation actually is and what it is not, so you stop fighting your own mind before you even begin. Then we move through: • A few gentle, accessible yoga movements to release restlessness • Simple pranayama to steady the breath • A very basic, structured meditation that anyone can follow You do not need experience. You do not need silence. You do not need to “stop thinking.” You only need willingness. As a yoga and meditation teacher with years of traditional training, I teach meditation in a way that is practical, clear, and doable for real people living real lives.
