This is placed on the 30 x 20 Lot in Willowcreek. It is a Restaurant, Karaoke Bar, and studio apartment. I blocked the studio apartment with a fence because when I play tested everyone wanted to use the computer, If you want to run the restaurant just delete the fence and lock the door. There is a back patio and 4 public restrooms. The 2nd floor of the bar has a Foose ball table and darts with a patio for performances. I used twisted mexis T.O.O.L. mod and bb.moveobjects on. If you download you will need moveobjects on activated but will not need TOOL mod. The packs I used are Gettowork, getogether, Dine out, Cats & Dogs and City Living.
