I was sent another "projector" by the marketing folks with Akiyo/ Apemans. They sell chargers and power banks and stuff. Think of Anker, same idea(maybe same company?). I can never tell. Anyway, these cost around $80 on scamazon but I wouldn't pay much more than $5-10 for the parts. The white lumens are roughly 350-400 (pure white picture) and then 180-250 Color lumens. Not impressed. The Coolwhite LED they use for a light source has the wrong wavelength phosphors. Even with my warm white balance the projectors looked very blue when I had the white picture loaded. Another problem is the heat. This thing gets hot really fast. I measured 120F/49C on the top of the casing. It was not comfortable to put my hand on. I'm sure that could burn a child if they touched it after it has been running a while. It ended up just as I would expect. Don't waste your money or time on one of these flashlight units. Pure trash. What do you think I should do with it? Put it out to pasture in spectacular fashion or modify it or turn it into a planter? Let me know what your thoughts are and I will go with the best idea. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09H6PJKTH/ (if you want to share how bad this is) Thanks for watching!
