I will call you by tonight. Return the book by Tuesday. If it happens after → you are late. 2️⃣ UNTIL = Duration (The Bridge) Meaning: the action continues and stops at that time. The action is happening during the whole period. Examples: I will study until 10 PM. She stayed at work until midnight. The shop is open until 9 PM.
