The victim of mob lynching faces intense isolation and demotion their plight and situation is a question which raises how our democratic rules and regulations are controlling them. The times of trials and tension faced by the victims of mob lynching and the reformative law of MASUKA were unveiled. Tehseen is an entrepreneur columnist and activist involved with the hospitality, fitness and entertainment industry and has also been associated with several initiatives like the Pune Marathon, Pune International Film Festival (PIFF) and the much acclaimed Pune Festival. Tehseen was a Consultant to the Organizing Committee of the 19th Commonwealth Games held in Delhi in 2010 where he rendered his professional services pro-bono. A columnist with several leading newspapers and portals , Tehseen is leading the movement in the country against mob violence both through the Supreme Court and his draft law MaSuKa or Manav Suraksha Kanoon . Tehseen is in the process of completing his first book which he hopes to release early next year This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
