Man, oh man. Hewitt, you are in trouble. Again, with me. How many times do I have to tell your boss (the public) about your bad crimes and behavior. This is becoming the norm. Lesson to be learned by the Law Enforcement Officers: Do not ever, ever run some one for warrants, probably period. It is the 4th Amendment (another violation). That peskie lil amendment to our freedoms. It is call "No Unlawful Search and Seizure" and it means "I have the right to be secure in my PERSONS (that means you can not pat me down for weapons, no such thing as a Terry Stop here in the State of Washington. Terry Stop was found unconstitutional in New York City like a long time ago. No stop and frisk here in the great northwest. Or is the northwest, no long great.
