Several residents at the Tides on Wynn apartment complex are spending their Christmas without hot water, it is a situation they say began on Christmas Eve. Aaron Harris, a resident for two years, expressed his frustration, saying, "It is Christmas Day now, and we are still sitting here with no hot water." Harris recounted his attempts to resolve the issue, including running the water for 20-30 minutes and visiting the leasing office, only to find staff eager to leave for the holiday.
