In this new video tutorial we will see an introduction of how to control an Indradrive or ctrlX Drive type axis using a Python script activated from the PLC part of a ctrlX Core. With a short control program, it is possible to carry out the axis movements (Movement in relative position and Movement in absolute position) and keep the script active, despite the axis entering the error, so that the system can be easily reset in case of errors in the Drive.
