Add bottlegourd, small piece of ginger and squeeze the juice out of it. Squeeze out carrot juice. Add all the green leaves which include kale leaves, mint leaves, spinach leaves and squeeze out the juice. Squeeze in some lemon juice into the vegetable juice.
