Before some of you get mad at me and start typing your comments; please know this: Not only do I respect RKC and StrongFirst as an authority in the world of kettlebells. I’ve also learned a lot from their philosophies and I have friends and mentors in both institutions. I’ve also done the Snatch test just recently in 4 minutes and 30 seconds. Now I believe in polite disagreement and clashing of ideas. This has been proven to move societies forward - if we understand how to detach our emotions from our opinions. This video will be split into two parts: 1. First I want to lay out my case on why I think the Snatch test doesn’t make any sense according to what RKC and StrongFirst is teaching 2.
