Correct posture makes one look tall. Always walk🚶♀️ tall with confidence. Walk🚶 with a proper posture. Neck up, shoulder back and back straight. Because posture matters. Shut off the hustle and bustle of life. Listen to music that motivates & elevates your spirit. Try avoiding radio and love or hate songs. Lastly put a timer on the stop watch, so that you don't distract yourself by looking at the time while walking🚶♀️. All phones have one. If not, then download from play store and so on. The Benefits Of Walking STEP INTO NATURE☘. Take a walk🚶♀️ in the park🌳 or by the bay to cleanse all the negative energy and absorb all the positive energy of nature. Go for long walks for 30 mins to one hour per day. Increase to 2 hours as your immunity and stamina increases. Take slow deep breath while you are walking🚶♀️. Breathing while walking🚶♀️ also helps to increase the oxygen level in your body and calms you down. Walk🚶♀️ till you feel calm and at peace with yourself and others. Walking🚶♀️ helps tone the entire body into shape. Burns calories and reduces fat of the belly, arms, legs and so on. It also cures gastroenteritis or irritable bowel syndrome(IBS)🚽 like constipation and diarrhoea💩. Start by drinking a glass of water before you go for your walks🚶♀️. Walk slowly at first, then slowly pick up speed. Slow down if you feel tired, then slowly pick up speed when you are ready. It is not important that you walk🚶♀️ very fast.
