decided to do a bit of Rian and Bailey in this one! Powered through it in less than a day- Basically, the two are siblings (pretty close when they were young), and eventually Rian became part of the council despite having no ties to the lab at all. The thought of being special got to him and he went corrupt and tried to take over. He felt that as a special member, people should listen to him, including Bailey. Bailey was living with (and still would live with) Debbie, as she cant really live alone with the random passing out into deep sleeps.
