概念/ 考量到不同障礙別的使用者需求，提供即時貼心的人員服務 城市空間常因為缺乏友善貼心規劃，使高齡者無法得到等值服務，降低他們外出與人互動的意願。Ucall整合「雙向溝通與振動及發光回饋」功能，讓服務者與高齡者能即時互動，降低顧客焦慮，有效提升33% 的服務效率，且增加47% 的高齡者與不便者出外用餐聚會意願。本設計與莫凡彼餐飲和KiKi餐廳完成3場設計驗證，最後設計版本將於2016年底試量產。 Concept/ Redefine the service design of public spaces so that the disabled can eat in public Urban spaces often lack friendly and thoughtful planning so that the elderly cannot get equivalent services, which reduces their willingness to go out and interact with others. Ucall integrates "two way communication and vibration and light up feedback" functions so that servers and the elderly can interact immediately; reducing customer anxiety, increasing overall service efficiency by 33%, and increased the willingness of the elderly and disabled to eat in public restaurants by 47%.
