The choices of tomorrow must first be embraced by the people of today. Change management and understanding individuals reactions to it can help embed some cultures, progressions, innovations and rationales for us all. Exploring change and utilising the circumstances we have can help build the bridges of our mindsets. The forced change perspective has driven through the need to adapt and now are the times for our business to learn from our people and understand this process on mass change. In this session we will look at the following: What has covid and the current climate we live in taught us? What new ways do we have to champion the barriers and stages of change? What are our thoughts and experiences on - working from home? Remote management? Lack of inclusivity within a working environment? Restricted social lives? Conceptualise the teachings of Kubler-Ross, Kotter and the Nudge Theory and welcome the change This webinar will allow us to explore these questions together and manage the reactions to these forced changes in the covid 19 environment. We will also look at how adaptive we are now to forced change and how quickly we accept it. We will also look at mass change over the years to the present day and will look at key aspects of change and the structures involved.
