The competence and determination of our ladies

Samurai-Arts has had a number of young ladies recently join. Three of these are student nurses from a local hospital. Usually new students are reticent and hold back, but these 3 are quite the opposite and give training all their energy. They agreed to do a couple of basic techniques for a video to encourage other females, regardless of age, to join a martial arts club, to enjoy comraderie and to benefit themselves with exercise, self-defence, dexterity and confidence that martial arts training is able to offer. Well done to Naina, Harina and Mary for the energy and effort they apply to martial arts and the atmosphere they add to the Samurai-Arts dojo.
