Organizing a Night for Guests: Tips & Tricks | Setting the Scene with Blankets, Candles & 2 Snacks In this video I will be showcasing how I arranged a simple yet elegant setup for a comforting and cozy night where I had invited a few guests to play some games and spend some quality time with each other. I will be showing every step of how I arranged the cushions to the floor arrangements. To how I decorated the different corners and made the entire space feel warm and cozy. Along with the decorations I made sure to provide for nice masala tea and some snacks. 2 brilliant yet very quick and easy snack options are also a part of the video that I show towards the end with complete recipe and details. I tried to keep the snacks that blend well with the theme of winter. Hope you all will enjoy this lovely evening as much as I did in not only creating this entire setup but also cooking some delicious snacks. Recipe Details - Chilli garlic potatoes Boil potatoes and fry them until there is a nice crispy dark brown and charred outer skin In the same pan, add some oil, garlic, sauce, salt, chilli flakes and oregano For the sauce instead of schewzan sauce, using readymade pizza sauce is also a nice option and gives a new twist. Coat the potatoes in it and serve hot Sprinkle parmesan in the end or top it with mozzarella in the pan itself and keep covered for a while till the cheese melts. Cream cheese is nothing but if you blend “chenna” or ’curdled milk’ in a blender to a smooth paste consistency, it turns into cream cheese. Please note - Some of the candles I've used came in glass or ceramic holders. Candles should never be used on the floor without candle holders. Please exercise caution if placing them on top of a carpeted surface or a sofa. If the floor feels cold, layer on some extra carpeting/mattress.
