In this video, we discuss tapering. We go over a general tapering guide, and I share about my experience. I did a long taper from 40-60gpd over the course of a year. I didn’t know about any guides or recommendations when I did my taper, & this may have lended to a tougher time when making big cuts in my dosage initially. But I wouldn’t have changed it, because it taught me so much. & I share about some of the things I learned here. The tapering guide we cover in this video is from kratom.org, which is a pro kratom organization. This is reflected in some of the things this guide says, but the information about amounts and timeframes while tapering are still relevant and useful to consider.
