I thought this Rust building trick enormously funny. The shock reaction of people the first time I showed them this was priceless. And sure, there are many ways to avoid fall damage in rust, through building tricks specifically. Ladders also work, etc. But this, with the exception of eKostiK's firefall trick, the coolest one.
