Presenting the lyrical video of the mighty Ghosa " Brahma Aadikori " of the Holy Naam Ghosa, from the devotional album “NAMA”, sung by Zublee Baruah released in July 2016 at the premises of Sri Sri Doul Govinda Mandir, North Guwahati, Assam. The Holy নামঘোষা (Naam Ghosa) is a Vaishnavite scripture of verses in praise of Lord Krishna, written by SriSri Madhavdeva, the most devoted disciple of Mahapurush Srimanta Sankardeva, in the Sixteenth century. This holy text is one of the most important books of Assamese Vaishnavism. Naam Ghosa contains thousand verses and thus it is also known as “Hajari Ghosa”. The album “NAMA” which is a compilation of ten mighty Ghosas from the Holy Naam Ghosa, is a humble attempt by Zublee Baruah, with utmost devotion and with the intention of archiving it for the future generations. Eight Ghosas has been sung by Zublee Baruah and two by a budding artist Arshia Mahanta. The musical accompaniment of the Ghosas has been designed in a minimal way, without affecting the divinity and authenticity of the holy Ghosas. After various consultations with eminent personalities like Dr. Dambarudhar Nath, Sri. Gobinda Mahanta (Sipaha Satra), Sri. Sailadhar Borboruah and few more, all the ten ghosas has been recorded. We are forever grateful to all these respected personalities for their guidance and encouragement. But inspite of that if there are still any mistakes, we apologise for the same. We are thankful indeed to Sri. Partha Sarathi Mahanta, Dr. Sabysachi Mahanta, Sri Manoj Goswami, Sri. Nirupam Borboruah, Sri. Naba Kumar Baruah and Sri.
