All categories of travelers kindly refer to the latest SOP update. ************************************************************* Departure date: 9 Dec 2021 Step 1 - Purchase VTL bus ticket VTL bus ticket is very limited,do checkout their website to get VTL bus ticket as soon as it is released.Transtar usually releases its new VTL ticket daily at 8am,but bear in mind that there are thousands of M'sian competing with you,website error is normal encounter.Causeway Link has no fixed schedule to releases its VTL ticket,do log in their website everyday to find out the latest release date. Transtar : https://transtar.travel Causeway Link: https://vtl.causewaylink.com.my Step2 -Download SG Vaccination Certificate and print it out at https://eservices.healthhub.sg/datase Step3 -Register MySafeTravel at https://mysafetravel.gov.my 7 days before departure. Fill up the information required & upload QRcode of vaccine certificate at Mysafetravel & print out the submission status.Some of you may not able to upload the QRcode,don't worry just bring the printed copy with you will do. Step 4 -Do Predeparture PCR or ART Test at MOH approved clinic 2 days before departure, Make sure that the clinic is doing PDT PCR/ART Test for you,because there are PCR/ ART Test for non VTL purposes.The clinic will print out hard copy test result with your name, passport number and other particulars in it,remember to keep the test result throughout the whole VTL journey. Singapore MOH approved clinic: https://go.gov.sg/spore-testcentres Malaysia MOH approved clinic: https://go.gov.sg/msia-testcentres Step 5-Departure day Make sure you have all the docs (print out in hard copy): 1. Vaccination Certificate 2. PDT PCR/ART test result 3. VTL bus ticket 4. Mysj apps 5. Passport 6. Msia and SG IC 7. Mysafetravel submission status **Arrive boarding point 1 hr before departure time, bus company staff will verify all your documents and issue a sticker with bus plate number & your seat number to you. **You're able to register On-arrival RTK test at Larkin at https://oat.entrypass.my/ after you get the bus number. **VTL bus will depart punctually & head to Woodlands checkpoint.Once arrive WL checkpoint, you only need to bring along all the required docs for clearing checkpoint & leave all your luggage in the bus.Board your VTLbus again after clearing check point, then head to Johor checkpoint. **Once arrive Johor checkpoint,bring along all your belonging for custom check.You'll need to use mysj apps to check in from this point onwards,make sure your phone has internet connection throughout the journey. Larkin bus terminal will be the last stop of the VTL bus journey,use your mysj apps to check in and go inside the On-arrival RTK test area.Pay your on-arrival RTK test fee(RM60) at counter & you'll be guided to testing area to do RTK test.After the RTK test, go to designated waiting area & check your email for test result.
