Many of the local businesses also cater to kids with tutoring centers, a public library, after school programs, and community events. #4 North County Location- 4S Ranch is located about a 35 minute drive to the airport and downtown San Diego- No public transportation in 4S ranch you must have a car and should plan to drive daily. Most San Diego attractions are located about a 30 minute drive away.
