Buying a home in The Villages can be exciting and overwhelming at the same time. With so many models to choose from how do you pick? Your budget is the first item that comes to mind. If you are on a budget I have the answer, the Patio Villa. Many Village residents start in a Patio Villa before moving on to a Designer Series home. They either sell the home or use it as a rental property. The Patio Villa is a great opportunity to begin to live the Village active lifestyle and not break the bank doing so. There are many styles of Patio Villa to choose from starting in the $160,000's (not sure how many of those really exist :) but that is what the website says.
