Once upon a time......I styled Blondie's hair! I absolutely love styling wigs, and was so excited to put up some videos on it. But of course the first wig video I post has to be the Long Haired Beauty. It took a long time to edit this 3 hour session into just a couple of minutes, but if it helps you, then it's worth it. I also show you how to make the flower clips in her hair, enjoy!!! The wig base I'm using is a $31.99 costume wig called "Long Blonde Weaving Braid Hair" sold by: Miss U Hair on Amazon. I actually really liked it, and this is considerably less expensive than a lot of other brands, so it's worth looking into if you're trying to create a Rapunzel Costume. So the flowers--- This was one of the more aggravating part of creating the wig, because there's so frickin' many of them! A lot of the larger pink and purple flowers were from bouquets that used to be in my room till I attacked them for this project :) . In my opinion the most noticeable flowers are these ones, so I'd recommend going to a craft store for them, only because the fake flowers sold online for reasonable prices (considering shipping as well) are the Gerber daisy type. At a craft store, you could find more interesting textures and formation to add diversity to the flowers. And if you're wondering, all the baby's breath came from within the Cineraria bunches.
