The 1611 King James Version is probably the most iconic Bible in the English language. In fact, this Bible has been referred to simply as "The Authorized Version". Today we have a replica of the original 1611 KJV Bible, published by Hendrickson Bibles as a 400th-anniversary facsimile of the original. Here's what I love about this Bible, how to use it, and why you should add it to your personal library! Favorite Feature: 1. An absolutely beautiful reading experience. 2. The monthly Bible reading plan Font Size: 8 pt Dimensions: 8.5 x 5.5 x 1.25" Publisher: Hendrickson Translation: King James Version Published: 2011 (original 1611) Least Favorite Feature: There are no bad things about this Bible, just a warning that the 8-point font can be tough on the eyes after a while. Verdict: We can't time travel back to the fantastic experience when this Bible hit the market at the turn of the 17th century- but Hendrickson's facsimile takes us back to what those original 1611 Bibles looked like.
