I highly recommend this fab super special tiki libation! Beautifully balanced herbal grassy rhum, herbs, and a hint of ripe banana finish. Definitely a multiple reorder!! Created by Damon Bolte in Jim Hayward Atomic Grog. Comes in at 35% ABV POST VIDEO NOTES: When I can, I retest the fine details in every cocktail so you don't have to (such as zest versus 1/2 spent lime shell). This recipe is correct as stated below. Add the 151 float (not shown in the video) Use lime zest, and not the 1/2 spent lime shell as shown in the video (and do not add a straw). X1 1 Persian lime juice (fresh squeezed) 1 inch fresh, very ripe banana Muddle the above in mixing glass, then add: 1½ Benedictine (France 80 proof) 1 Rhum JM Agricole Blanc (Martinique 100 proof) ¼ Taylor's Velvet falernum (Barbados 22 proof) Whip (30 shakes) with 2-3 ice chunks Strain into mai tai glass packed with crushed ice. Top with the 151 and 1/2 lime shell zest. No straw! ½ (float) Lemon Hart 151 Demerara (Guyana 151 proof) ½ lime shell zest
