Recently, many of you asked how to make vegan butter, and today I’m sharing the recipe! It’s actually very simple — just a few ingredients mixed together. Vegan butter is perfect for making vegan desserts and can replace regular butter in a 1:1 ratio. You can also spread it on bread, sauté mushrooms, or stir-fry pasta for a richer flavor with a buttery aroma. Compared to traditional butter, this version has a delightful nutty fragrance that makes it absolutely amazing! Ingredients: Raw cashews 100g (140g after soaking) Water 120ml Probiotic capsule 1 Odorless coconut oil 250ml Rose salt or sea salt 3/4 tsp (4g) (use half for refined salt) Nutritional yeast 1 tbsp (optional) Instructions: Soak 80g of raw cashews for 4 hours or overnight. Blend with water until smooth. Add the powder from 1 probiotic capsule and mix well. Ferment at 30°C (86°F) for 10 hours using a yogurt maker or at room temperature. Pour the fermented cashew yogurt into a blender, add odorless coconut oil, and all other ingredients. Blend at low speed for 20 seconds, then medium speed for another 20 seconds. Pour into silicone molds and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving!
