My New LandCruiser Has a Strange Engine Noise! 1FZ-FE Ticking

I recently purchased this FZJ105 and it had a slight ticking noise from the front of the engine. I didn't sound like a major issue, and now its time to fault find what is the cause. The ticking was most audible at the front of the 1FZ-FE engine so my initial thoughts where likely to be a dud bearing from something in the alternator belt circuit. And while I did find an idler pulley to be noisy, that was not the cause.
