How to Make Gemstone Flower Earrings by Denise Mathew

If you want to fast forward past the intro where I show pictures of past and future projects advance to 0:47 I think the arrival of spring in my neck of the woods has me seeing flowers everywhere I look, and keeping with that theme here is one more project for flower jewelry, this time instead of rings it's earrings. These earrings are versatile in that you can use many different sizes of briolette gemstone beads and briolette crystals too. Instead of ear wires you can use studs if you prefer. The best part of this project is playing with different color combinations. For the project in the tutorial I used 10, 8mmx4mm citrine briolettes and a 2, 4mm round blue faceted swarovski crystal, about 8 inches of gold tone 28 gauge wire and 2 ear wires. For the other project I used 10, 6mmx3mm garnet briolettes, 2, 4mm pyrite round beads, 7 inches of 28 gauge gold tone wire and 2 ear wires.
