New Healthcare Model at OnePeak Medical

We are excited to introduce a new healthcare model that will support a better patient experience at OnePeak Medical. This new team-based model of care will offer our patients access to a team of providers that will work together to better meet ongoing healthcare needs. We believe this new healthcare model is the future of medicine. This new team-based model extends our primary care services as a team to allow for efficient urgent visits, management of primary care needs, and prescription referrals. Our current providers will remain the leaders of care as others join the team. They will continue to see patients in-clinic and virtually for primary care, hormone optimization, functional medicine, age and weight management, all physical examinations, and in-office procedures. This well-rounded approach will help remove barriers and offer patients a better overall experience. Over the next few months, we will continue to onboard experienced providers to assist with the demand for primary care and urgent visits.
