Il Guardiano Del Faro or The Lighthousekeeper with another wonderful piece of music. Il Guardiano Del Faro [Federico Monti Arduini (born 1 December 1940), best known as Il Guardiano del Faro, is an Italian composer, producer and musician. I believe i wrote about him before,but here is what he says in his interview one. To me,music is a way of communicating feelings. Rather than to talk,i play. I was a child Prodigy i played the Piano and my fingers knew what to do. I used to listen to music at the radio and ran the Piano to play it,then i started composing,i was composing for myself only,i didn't let anybody listen to them until one day,a friend of mine came along with a hidden recorder and he asked:Can i listen to some of your songs?and he recorded me. Then he gave the cassatte to a producer,who said this guy has to work for me. So i became the music director for the label records. Why he choose the name of Il guardiano del faro,he choose this name because his parents had a house by the sea overlooking an empty lighthouse,he and his friends used to meet at the lighthouse,to play the Guitar and to sing etc... He didn't want to use his real name in his albums,so a friend of him told him,you don't have to,but what name would you choose and then he said Il guardiano del faro That's how his stage name came..
