It uses two layers of samples: a steady "bread-and-butter" internal layer and a massive library of customizable sample pairs hosted on a memory card (which can include your own samples). The module offers an intuitive, hands-on interface with dedicated filters, effects, and a unique "Feel" control to add rhythmic groove and dynamics to your hits.
