Welcome to the Maristan Ramadan Series 2026: Feel to Heal — Emotions Through the Eyes of Revelation. In this 14-part series, Dr. Rania Awaad and Dr. Abdallah Rothman guide us through the emotional landscape of the heart, drawing from revelation, Islamic psychology, and the rich scholarly tradition of our faith. Together, we examine how emotions are not obstacles to spirituality, but essential parts of it. While this series explores the inner life of the heart, Maristan continues to expand its commitment to prevention through education. This Ramadan, we are raising $200,000 to develop and deliver four nationwide trainings rooted in Islamic psychology and informed by research from the Stanford Muslim Mental Health & Islamic Psychology Lab.
