Tonight we're thinking about "faith" and the way in which all of us experience the highs and lows of life, but our place in the Love and Grace of God does not change with our shifting circumstances and emotions. God's Faithfulness has never depended on the levels or intensity of our faith, and it never will. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Blessed are those whose Help is the God of Jacob, whose hope is in the LORD their God. He is the Maker of Heaven and Earth, the sea, and everything in them - He remains Faithful forever. He upholds the cause of the oppressed and gives food to the hungry. The LORD sets prisoners free... [Psalm 146v6-7] This is a faithful saying : For if we died with Him, We shall also live with Him. If we endure, We shall also reign with Him... If we reject or refuse His Word to us, He will also ignore what we say to Him. [but] If our faith fails He will still be Faithful, Because He cannot reject (refuse to fulfil) His Own Promises!
