Some of the most emotional verses in the Qur'an speak about the sacrifices of parents, especially the sacrifice of a mother. In Surah Al-Ahqaf (46:15), Allah reminds us of something many of us rarely think about: the months of hardship a mother experiences while carrying her child, the pain of bringing that child into the world, and the years of care that follow. Nearly thirty months of sacrifice — sleepless nights, constant care, and silent love, often remembered by the mother, but forgotten by the child. This Ramadan reflection is a reminder to pause and reflect on the people who raised us, the sacrifices we were too young to understand, and the importance of showing kindness and gratitude to our parents while we still can. For some people watching, their mother is still alive — and they still have the chance to call her, sit with her, and show love. For others, their mother has already returned to Allah — and the most powerful gift they can give now is sincere dua. May Allah reward our mothers for every hardship they carried for our sake and grant them the highest place in Jannah. 🤍🌙 #RamadanReflection #QuranReflection #SurahAlAhqaf #IslamicReminder #RespectParents #Mother #FaithReminder #RamadanSeries #IslamicMotivation #DailyReminder
