#EasyEggCurry #VeenasCurryworld #VeenaJan #Shakshouka Authentic Dishes with my personal Touch 😍 Ingredients Egg-3 Onion -21/2 Tomato -5 Green chilli-6 Garlic-6 Salt- Sugar -1/4tsp Chilli Powder -1/4tsp Paprika powder or Kashmiri chilli Powder -3/4tsp Oil -2tbsp Method Add some oil to a heated wok. Add some crushed garlic and green chilli. Saute it well. Add finely chopped onion and salt. Saute till onion turns golden brown. Add Kashmiri chilly powder/papparika powder. Saute for 1 min. Add 1/4th tsp of chilly powder. Stir continuously till the raw smell goes. Add tomato puree. Mix well. Close the lid and let it cook well. Add a pinch of sugar. The water has to drain completely. Cook in low flame. Check for the spices and salt. Adjust accordingly. Make a small partition on the gravy. Break 3 eggs to the wok. Close the lid and cook the egg to your desired consistency. The egg can be hard boiled to runny consistency. The cooking time totally depends on how you want the eggs. You can garnish with coriander/mint/parsley leaves.
