According to local officials, the work on sculptures is not yet complete. There are currently only three prepared sculptures of soldiers. Overall, the city administration of Chita plans to install 12 plastic figures and 12 ice sculptures of soldiers. Walking through the city square on Thursday, one local said he felt good about the sculptures of Russian soldiers, saying "it supports the spirit of patriotism."
