Isolation, a dansical film, explores various aspects and effects of solitude. Somewhat autobiographical, this trilogy of short films draws inspiration from lived experiences and observations throughout the first two years of the Covid-19 pandemic. Each film focuses on the storytelling nature of dance and collaboration inherent in musical theatre. Like much of the art that was created and consumed over the past two years, it feels most appropriate to share this work with the world in the comfort of our own homes, in the safe spaces we created, and connecting with one other through the screen.
