Hyundai has expanded the Elantra nameplate to include 2 new vehicles: the GT 5-door hatchback and the Coupe. 2 Door coupes are a great way to express yourself and these stylish cars look great. The 2013 Hyundai Elantra Coupe is one of the most stylish on the market today and has a base price of only $17,445. The exterior design of the 203 Hyundai Elantra Coupe sports the Fluidic Sculpture design as seen on other Hyundai vehicles. This sleek body style looks sporty but it also reduces the over drag coefficient of the car which increases fuel economy. Up front the new bumper features a larger opening and bold grille. The headlights are flowing elongated units that blend seamlessly with the rest of the coupe. Out back the integrated rear spoiler adds an athletic touch to the car. The 17-inch wheels are unique to the Elantra Coupe and cannot be found on the sedan or GT hatchback models. The engine is a 16-valve DOHC 1.8 liter 4-cylinder that produces 148 horsepower and 131 lb-ft. of torque. With the 6-speed manual transmission you can expect to get 29 MPG in the city and 40 MPG on the highway. There are only 2 trim levels offered on the 2013 Hyundai Elantra Coupe; the GS is the base model and the SC is the upgraded model. The Hyundai Elantra Coupe can seat up to 5 passengers and the interior is where this vehicle shines. Hyundai has done a tremendous job with all the features and technology that comes standard on this coupe.
