In this video I am making Moong Dal Chilla with Paneer Stuffing . It is a Healthy & Protein-Rich Recipe . In recipe I am making a crispy and nutritious Moong Dal Chilla with Paneer Stuffing, a perfect high-protein breakfast or snack. This delicious, gluten-free Indian pancake is a combination of flavors and goodness. Ingredients: For Chilla Batter: 1 cup moong dal (soaked for overnight) 1 green chili ½ inch ginger ½ tsp cumin seeds ½ tsp turmeric powder ½ Onion Red chilli powder Salt to taste Water as needed Fresh coriander leaves (chopped) 🔹 For Paneer Stuffing: ½ cup crumbled paneer ¼ tsp black pepper ½ tsp chaat masala 1 tspn roasted cumin powder Red chilli powder Fresh coriander leaves Salt to taste Instructions: 1) Prepare Batter: Blend soaked moong dal with green chili, ginger, cumin, turmeric, and water to form a smooth batter. Add chopped coriander and mix well. 2) Prepare Stuffing: In a bowl, mix crumbled paneer, black pepper, chaat masala, coriander, and salt. 3) Cook Chilla: Heat a pan, pour a ladleful of batter, and spread it into a thin circle. Drizzle a little oil and cook until golden brown. 4) Stuff & Serve: Place paneer stuffing on one side, fold the chilla, and cook for a minute. Serve hot with mint chutney, tomato ketchup or yogurt.
