In this video I am woodturning a dinner plate out of some thin Satine wood that I had lying around for years. These are actually the first wooden dinner plates of this type I have ever turned, although I have done many decorative platters over the years. The dimensions and proportions were loosely based off some nice dinnerware we have in our home. This is a great project for beginner and intermediate woodturners alike.
