Add warm water, sugar, and yeast, mix and let bloom for 10 minutes. 2. In a large bowl, add all dry ingredients, melted butter, eggs, and bloomed yeast mixture. Mix very, very well 3. Add ½ cup water to dough, and mix very well again. Dough will be very sticky and appear too wet, this is normal. 4. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon for filling, set aside 5. Lay down plastic wrap, and cover with a dusting of white rice flour, add dough, sprinkle top of dough with more flour. Press dough into a rectangle about ¼ - 3/8 thick 6. Spread butter, then brown sugar and cinnamon filling over the surface evenly 7. Use plastic to roll dough up into log, cut into 8 even pieces, and place into prepared baking dish. Cover with plastic wrap, and let rise at room temperature for 1-2 hours, or until doubled in size 8. Mix all the ingredients for the frosting until well combined 9. Remove plastic, and bake at 350F for 20-25 minutes 10. Let cool for about 20 minutes, then frost and enjoy
