I will be using it for my 3'x3' indoor grow tent that I am in the process of setting up. Upon unboxing I was impressed with how well packaged the light was. It was obvious that they put time into designing packaging that would keep the item from being damaged. The features this light came with were great for the price, LCD display, timer, dimmer, remote and the ability to switch from veg to bloom with ease with or without the remote is super handy. I also found that programing the light was beyond easy so even grandma could program this light. We went on to PAR testing the 600 watt led with our Apogee quantum meter. We took a few readings and found that our readings were quite a bit higher than the readings we have seen from the manufacturer. After a lot of re testing and research, I found that their meter was an older model that was unable to pick up the deep reds at 660nm (nanometers). Their meters cut off point was at 655 nano meters. It is nice that with this LED growing light you are actually getting more than what is advertised. It covers the full spectrum with its 12 bands and should get us off to a decent start. We also tested the total wattage from the wall and it was pulling exactly 270 watts which was what the manufacturer suggested it would. Overall I am very pleased with this LED and am excited to start my indoor cannabis grow using the ViparSpectra tc600 as my main light. We will continue to update our channel regularly with the progress and results we see.
