ACIDTAB - Brain Zap [Live] (Acid Techno Feat. Blackbox, Pyramid and TB-03)

I made another drum kit using Blackbox and Pyramid. The kick is a 909/808 combo made from samples of my TR-8. I'm using pyramid to send gate triggers to the TB-03, which is not needed for the pattern I ended up with but is a fun set up to experiment with, especially the Euclidean sequencing. The acid pattern is a saw wave that goes from very high pitch to low pitch in 4 steps. The slides in just the right place creates a ratchet sound that gets picked out really nicely by the distortion of the filter. Other than that it's a pretty basic jam. I filtered the toms around a bit, used the Pyramid to mute tracks and messed with the acid box, of course =) Mixed in FL with lots of Maximus, SGA CodeRed, Destructor, TAL Tube and Ozone.
