Our final day in Kaohsiung was a fun mix of last-minute adventures and goodbyes! We squeezed in one more trip to our favorite Pop Mart for some last-minute purchases, grabbing even more Pop Cubes for an exciting unboxing session. The kids absolutely loved tearing into those cute toys! For lunch, we discovered a hidden gem near our hotel: Texas Little Knight Fried Chicken - Kaohsiung Liuhe Store. This place was a total surprise! The store had such a nice vibe, and the fried chicken and fries were incredibly delicious. We only wish we'd found it earlier in our trip! In the afternoon, it was time to say goodbye to beautiful Taiwan. We wrapped things up with a quick tour of the Kaohsiung International Airport.
